Returns, Exchanges, Warranty

Your WeeRag products are guaranteed to be free of defects upon arrival, and for 30 days from receipt of your order. If your item fails within 30 days of your order under normal use, please call us to discuss a replacement or refund. You may be asked to send photos of the defect, so please do not discard the item.

Due to the personal nature of our products, items that are no longer in their original sealed packaging cannot be returned. If you receive an incorrect item or items that are defective, please contact us for instructions so we can arrange exchanges, refunds, or replacements. Sealed items being returned for a refund must be sent within 30 days of your order receipt.

Please note: At our discretion, returns deemed to be frivolous, fraudulent, or inappropriate may be charged shipping/handling and a 15% restocking fee. (This includes returns of large orders, special orders, orders held for over 30 days, or items that are no longer sealed in resaleable condition.)


RETURNS (United States): RETURNS SHOULD BE MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF YOUR ORDER, or they will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To return an unwanted item that is still in its original sealed packaging, pack it in a sturdy envelope and include a copy of your packing slip or receipt. Please enclose a note indicating your request, such as: ''Return for refund'' etc. The cheapest way to ship returns is normally via US Postal First Class Mail.

If you received an incorrect or damaged item, normally we will send you a new one plus a prepaid envelope for the return. Please email weerags@peerags.com, and if possible attach a photo of the damaged item.

POSTAGE FOR RETURNS: If you exchange damaged goods for the same item we pay the postage (both ways), or if we sent you the wrong order we will pay the postage to correct the situation. Please contact us for pre-approval of return shipment charges. Return shipping costs that have not been pre-approved will not be refunded.

If you would like to voluntarily return a sealed, unopened item for a refund, you will need to pay the postage to return it to us.
