HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

We offer $2.99 standard shipping on any US order.

Expedited shipping and handling charges are calculated based on the weight, cost, and/or size of the items you ordered, and the location to which they are being shipped. You can see this amount after entering your shipping address at checkout, or at the bottom of the shopping cart page.

Canadian shipping is calculated based on weight.

HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

We ship all items via US Postal mail. Standard shipments are via First Class Mail, and will normally arrive in 7-14 days. Expedited shipments are sent via Priority Mail, and normally arrive in 3-6 days. (Priority Mail is normally 2-3 days, but we allow a day to get your package in the mail and a couple of extra days in case it overlaps a weekend or holiday.)

Please note: The quoted delivery times are an estimate and not a guarantee. We are not responsible for delays caused by the US Postal Service, or delays due to weather or emergency conditions. Please allow extra time during holidays.

ARE MY ITEMS IN STOCK?

Our items are in stock and ready to ship. If the shopping cart lets you place them in your cart then we have them available. If we are out, instead of a quantity selection box the page will say ''Out of Stock''. Please note, if you put all available items in your cart the page will change to say ''Out of Stock'', because you have now reserved them all!

CAN I PHONE IN MY ORDER?

Yes! We are happy to take your order by phone. You can call Oregon Webstores at 1-541-752-7287 usually from 9am-2pm Pacific time Mon-Wed-Fri.

Please note that our operators will say ''Frog Store!'' when they answer the phone. Please tell them you are placing an order for The WeeRag Store.

DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?

At this time we ship only to the US and Canada.

WHAT ABOUT RESHIPPING SERVICES?

We realize that reshipping services provide a valuable service for many people, but mail orders sent via reshippers are also much more likely to be fraudulent. Because of this, we cancel all orders if we believe they are being sent through a reshipper. If you wish to use a reshipper, contact us in advance about payment verification.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING?

Gift Wrapping is not currently offered as an option. However, products being shipped directly to a third party and requesting a gift tag are packed nicely to make sure they look festive for the recipient.

I PLACED TWO ORDERS. CAN YOU COMBINE THEM?

Due to credit card processing costs and handling costs, orders with the $2.99 flat rate shipping cost may be shipped together if we notice that you ordered twice. However, we are not able to refund the second shipping charge.

If you place two orders specifying Expedited shipping in a short time period to the same address, we can usually combine them on request. You will receive a refund of any excess shipping cost for the SMALLER order. If we notice two orders but have not heard from you, we may choose to combine them if schedule permits.  We do not guarantee that orders will be shipped together. There is a minimum shipping/handling charge of $3 for the second order or each combined order.  Depending on the weights and physical size of the orders, the combining charge may be higher.

Sorry, you will not be able to combine shipping with orders that are placed on a different ''Oregon Webstores'' store.

CAN I ORDER WITHOUT USING A CREDIT CARD?

Yes, you can mail in your order and pay by check or money order. Use the online shopping cart to assemble your order, and go through the checkout process to fill in your shipping address and select your shipping method. When you get to the final page where it asks for your credit card number, just close the credit card window and print out the page, and mail it in with your check or money order. Mail to: The WeeRag Store, 9986 Salmon Creek Rd, Redding CA 96003.

If you want to reserve the products while your check is in the mail, just send us an email with your name and the approximate day and time you entered the order. The order will still be in our system, if you viewed the credit card entry screen before closing it down. Explain that you are sending a check/MO to pay for the order. We will reactivate your order, to reserve the items for you for a maximum of two weeks while we await your payment.

DO YOU ACCEPT PURCHASE ORDERS?

No, we will not accept an order to be billed later. All orders must be paid at the time the order is placed. See paragraph above for how to reserve products while a check is being sent.

DO YOU SELL WHOLESALE?

At this time we do not. However, if you wish to carry our products in your retail store please contact us.

CAN I VISIT YOUR STORE AND SHOP FOR PEE RAGS?

No, sorry.  We do not have a walk-in storefront for customer shopping. If you are local and want to pick up your order at the warehouse to save shipping costs, please give us a call to get directions and arrange a pickup time.

The WeeRag Store is a partner of The Frog Store and Oregon Webstores, LLC. Your credit card statement will read "OREGON WEBSTORES", but if you paid by Paypal instead then your Paypal notice will read "Frog Store". (Need frogs? We sell frog collectibles too! Check out www.frogstore.com.)
